We wanted somewhere with a bar n food. This place looked busy so in we went. Found a booth easily, staff were quick with menu and drinks order. Food order followed just where we were ready. Food probably took a little to long, but conversation kept us entertained. All our dishes were quite good especially the antipasto platter. But then the disappointment happened when paying. NO BILL SPLITTING! What! If that is your restaurant's policy. When a large table (there were 7 of us) is seated the wait staff should let the table know, so a choice to stay or leave can be made. Soured a lovely lunch.

Guys who work there are super friendly and apologetic. Seems the chef forgot us as we waited over an hour for our order. A large group who arrived after us got there huge order before us so we asked questions. Straight away food was at our table but it had clearly been sat under the hot plate for some time. I ordered the med salad. Lamb was singed and tasted gross. There was too much feta to taste anything else and hardly any salad. I left hungry as couldn’t eat a plate of feta and hummus. My chap had half a chicken and cut chips which he said was nice.

We (my wife, 4 year old daughter and sister-in-law) were in St Kilda on a sunny Saturday afternoon - we stopped off for a drink but decided to have an early dinner. The place was busy without being packed to the rafters. Its colorful and nicely decked out and opens onto the street. We shared a pizza and salad with our daughter having a kid's hamburger. Everything was very quick to come out and was very fresh and tasty. Prices were very reasonable. Staff were attentive but not overbearing. They made clear there was a reservation from 7pm but were more than happy to accommodate us. Highly recommended as a reliable go to if you are on Acland Street.

We had dinner before a concert at the Palais and what a find.
It was happy hour, so that was a good start.....
Then we had the duck pizza and a seafood linguini, both of which were exceptional.
Service was attentive without being over the top.
One of those rare finds, where everything was absolutely 5*
