Fan-Tan was great, good array of choices in a casual atmosphere. We had a local waitress which is a bit of a rarity around Queenstown who provided us with a background on how the restaurant was formed and went out of her way to give us the wine menu from neighboring Safron which was a real treat. The hardest part was picking what to have.
