Initially not sure if we can call the Marulhos Resort. It is an attempt, but not enough to be one. This is a place which is used by flats owners, part is leased and finally part is the "resort" rooms. The people that walks through the complex is pretty mixed.
The location is good, but who wants party or to be close to it, the hotel far.
Pros: The pool, specially for kids. The beach front is protected by reefs and hence is quiet, good for small children. Food: average. Rooms: good. Our room had a problem specifically with the bed. There were two single beds together with an old "pillow top" over them. The bed was very "soft" and the sheets were small, which made it "unlined" at bedtime.
Cons: Staff, good people but missing training and communication between them. The information are sometimes unmet. Recreation team: hardworking people up, but there is also lack of training and coordination. There was no distinction of age and older children and minors mix.
Inicialmente não tenho certeza se podemos chamar o Marulhos de Resort. É uma tentativa de, mas não chega a ser um. Trata-se de um condomínio onde parte dos apartamentos é usada por proprietários, parte é locada e, finalmente, outros são do dito "resort". A população que transita pelo complexo é bem heterogênea.
A localização é boa, mas quem quer agito ou ficar próximo dele o hotel fica longe.
Pros: a piscina. A praia em frente é protegida por arrecifes e portanto é calma, boa para crianças pequenas. Comida: na média. Quartos: bons. O nosso quarto especificamente tivemos um problema com a cama. Eram duas camas de solteiro juntas com um "pillow top" velho sobre eles. A cama era muito "fofa"e os lençóis eram pequenos, que fazia que ela desforrasse ao deitar.
Contras: Staff, embora atencioso há falta de treinamento e comunicação entre eles. As informações as vezes são desencontradas. Equipe de recreação: pessoas até esforçadas, mas também há falta de treinamento e de coortenação. também não há distinção de idade e as crianças maiores e menores se misturam.
