We are very sorry to hear of your experience on your recent jetski tour with us and wished we had been aware of your situation sooner. Most importantly, we send our best wishes to you for a safe and speedy recovery. On the day you travelled with us, there were only four other jetskis on the tour. Your guide, Will, spent much of his time assisting and supervising you throughout, and there were two other guides on our other tours in close proximity, who were in radio contact with Will to see if any assistance was needed. When the guide checked on you after falling off your jetski, you indicated to him that you were fine and didn’t need to return to shore, choosing to continue the tour on the back of the ski with your sister, Dora, driving. We had no indication that you were injured as you were in good spirits when talking to your guide and other staff on your return to the marina, reiterating that you were fine and didn’t require any further assistance. We would have certainly been in contact sooner had you indicated you had any injuries, however it was unfortunate that it was your review that alerted us as to the outcome of your condition.

We do acknowledge that accidents can happen with any adventure activity, but as a local family owned and operated business for 11 years, we are heavily involved in the day to day operations and it is important to point out that our safety record is exceptional as a high standard, multi award-winning and accredited quality tourism operator. Approximately 75% of all our past guests have been beginners and we are passionate about ensuring their first adventure is an exceptional experience for them. Guest safety and service is without doubt our number one priority. We spend an hour with all of our guests prior to heading out on the tour, running through all aspects of on-water safety, procedures and jetski handling. We emphasise the safety obligations of the driver which includes to always ride within your limits and never ride beyond your personal abilities or faster than conditions permit. Our qualified tour guides are always supervising, assisting and coaching beginners to help ensure a fun and safe experience, while all jetskis are running at a safe speed consistent with the weather and sea conditions.
