We have stayed here many times. We like the Murray Room #1 which can take a big party and the large kitchen and lounge is great for getting the crew together. Heating is essential here on QB Weekend and we kept warm. We have breakfast in but with all the local options (a bit cool for a BBQ this time of the year) we eat out. I don't mind a 2km walk to the town centre for morning papers. I - pads worked but I don't bring a laptop for a short stay. Too cool for the pool. Damian looks after us and we shall be back.

Room Tip: Murray Room #1 if you have four or more

My husband and I have been visiting Corowa for at least 20 years . We have always stayed at the Lonepine .In doing so we have got to know the owners Damien& Mila Hynes and find they look after us very well and always make us feel welcome. We like the way the rooms are situated ,with pleasant views of the barbecue area. The rooms are spacious with kitchen ,sitting room and what I especially like is the bedroom is separate . So makes everything a little cosier. Damien's and Mila 's. Care the motel and rooms cannot be faulted . They are well cared for and spotless. We always look forward to our next visit .....which we hope won't be to long away.

Unfortunately we travelled to Corowa for a family funeral. We booked a two bedroom apartment and on arrival we were upgraded to a three bedroom at no extra charge. It was a pity that we visited the beautiful town just for an overnight stay. Spotlessly clean rooms and management were very obliging. The pool looked very inviting but it was a pity that time did not allow us the opportunity to make use of it. It is a small motel, off the main road and while we had the front apartment it was extremely quiet. Very good value for money and I would return to stay again if I am holidaying in the area again.

We booked a two bedroom suite for two nights while visiting family in Corowa. On arrival Damien, the owner, showed us to our rooms without fuss or bother. The two bedrooms were huge and the living area was completely "self-contained' and had it all ! It was a very pleasant surprise.
When our daughter joined us for the second night, she could not believe how good her room was nor the size of the large living area.

The Lone Pine is an older style motel but has been tastefully upgraded and offers the traveller all mod cons !

Room Tip: We only saw our suite. It was in a rear corner section and proved extremely private and quiet.

a nice warm comfortable room, very clean offering plenty of facilities for self catering - the room was cleaned & left immaculate every day - the room also had a well equipped kitchenette - the beds were very comfortable & had clean sheets - the price charged for the room was very reasonable & the staff were always very friendly & helpful
