My partner and I have eaten here several times and have never had a problem! Staff are always lovely and the food is awesome!
Favourite pizzas are the Moneglia and the Whip Cracker! Pastas and meals are always great too, but we always end up ordering the same pizzas every time.

Definitely try the pizzas (I had the scallopini marsala but thought it was a bit chewy). Staff were friendly and helpful, great atmosphere.

Reading the reviews for this place I'm very surprised at all the negativity. We ate here twice - in September 2014 and in April 2015. Quite spoilt for choice in Sydney, where we live, as far as wood fired pizza goes - we felt Urban Vine is a fine place to eat. We are frequent Caloundra visitors and out of all the places we ever ate at here - Urban Vines and another japanese restaurant are the only eateries we came back to. We couldn't fault the service, neither the pizzas we've ordered. Yes - they are on a smaller size, however the price reflects it - there's no $16 large pizza available anywhere in Sydney. On that note - the topping actually makes up for the size - we ordered 3 different pizzas for 2 people and couldn't finish having satisfied our hunger. All in all - in my opinion it's one of the better places we dined at in Calloundra. Not a high end wood fired pizza - it is definitely a big step up from the boring and processed offerings from the franchise pizza places in Caloundra. If you want "chicken marinara" (??) or "an indigestion bomb with all the possible meat types under the sun" kind of a pizza - go somewhere else.

First day went there told no pizza til 3pm, this was at 2:45pm. Returned at 3pm "sorry no pizza until 4pm today". Next day returned for dinner (not many options, menu sounded good) After waiting 50 minutes with no apology or explanation, upon request told the pizza would be out in a minute. Average at best, not at all worth the 50 minutes wait!!

out for a afternoon with a friend on the Sunshine Coast and came across this place at Kings beach saw it made wood fire pizzas so we went in to get a seat. The blonde girl that worked there served us well by served really I mean did nothing. We walked up to the counter to get a table all pleasantly to ask she said to us in a arrogant voice ok do you want to sit inside or out then as we sat down she gave us our menus and walked off not saying anything. As time went on no one came up to us to ask if we were ready to order so we went to the front counter to order and was told no we take your orders from your seat so we sat back down as the girl approached us walked straight by and served someone else. So someone other people that had been there longer then us still have not been served till that time. She finally came to us we ordered snatched up the menus and left. We got our food we just ordered pizzas each and the pizza was the size of a small plate. And we had to pay the price for a family size pizza. We will never go back ever again fix your staff and food size and price
