Great food, great service. Lives up to their reputation. A must for seafood. Oysters were wonderful and the lobster was excellent.

This is a highly recommended seafood restaurant, a 20min taxi from Galway city centre & not worth it. It is a well oiled machine, efficient yes but the staff rush the orders, pushy (& not friendly) with service & the kitchen pumps out the food orders too quickly.

The food is ordinary, far from the flavours & care of 'home cooked' or quality restaurant meals - seafood chowder was okay, the salmon over cooked, the cod cooked to pub meal standard not restaurant, apple crumble was a lump of sugar, the b&b pudding dry & flavourless.

Much better restaurants & pub food in town.

Once again, I couldn't resist the fish chowder. Its a lesson on what chowder should be. Followed by a delicious chocolate cake (which happened to be gluten free), I enjoyed my lunch immensely.

To start the setting is just picturesque The meals here are beautiful. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The fish is locally sourced and so fresh. Would definitely ADVICE you try the mussels .The portions are so big it would take two to finish.i will certainly be back again.

Morans is a great place to stop for lunch because the seafood is so fresh. We had fresh wild oysters to start and the fish and chips for the main course. All was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend the brown bread as well! Super!
