Run down hotel and poor staff. nothing special.
Expensive for what you pay, pay a bit extra and you wont go wrong.
There was no breakfast and the hotel wifi was not working.
The beds were not very comfortable.

This hotel is not centrally located. It is not near anything in the charming old city - which is where you will spend your time. There are plenty of options there - pick one!

The air conditioning does not work, which makes for an unpleasant stay.

The worst part was that there was a party on the rooftop bar all night long. There was cheering, screaming, and dragging of furniture directly above our room. We called twice to complain- only to be treated rudely and ignored. I have followed up with an email to the hotel - detailing how poor our stay was, and asking for some type of courtesy gesture. Not surprisingly, that has also been ignored.

Room was quite large and very clean. Location is great as the bus from the Ave train station stops very close by. The people were very nice at the hotel. I did not try the restaurant. This is an excellent choice for a stay in Cuenca, and an excellent value.

This is a hotel that is located in the city Centre. Quite old, with everything you need: central location, clean room and bed, but nothing more than that. Breakfast is not up to standard. Reception area is old and outdated. In summary, not a bit of charm, but everything you need. People are friendly.

Had booked 2 nights here but booked out after first night, rooms tired and grubby and restaurant in need of a serious make over
In a good part of town near shops and restaurants but the atmosphere in the hotel and attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired

Stayed: September 2016, travelled as a couple
