Situated in a busy part of the 'new' town this is a budget hotel with basic facilities and basic rooms - at least the bathroom was spotlessly clean! The restaurant on the top floor was closed and the man at reception didn't know when it would open. No bar, no lounge, no atmosphere, no breakfast. And parking is a nightmare in this part of town unless you opt for an expensive underground car-park.

Stayed for 2 nights, it has a good location, only a 15/20 minute walk from the beautiful old town. The room is average at best but seemed clean, some of the staff on the front desk were pretty rude. Overall I'd say that this hotel is fine for a short stay.

Run down hotel and poor staff. nothing special.
Expensive for what you pay, pay a bit extra and you wont go wrong.
There was no breakfast and the hotel wifi was not working.
The beds were not very comfortable.

This hotel is not centrally located. It is not near anything in the charming old city - which is where you will spend your time. There are plenty of options there - pick one!

The air conditioning does not work, which makes for an unpleasant stay.

The worst part was that there was a party on the rooftop bar all night long. There was cheering, screaming, and dragging of furniture directly above our room. We called twice to complain- only to be treated rudely and ignored. I have followed up with an email to the hotel - detailing how poor our stay was, and asking for some type of courtesy gesture. Not surprisingly, that has also been ignored.

Room was quite large and very clean. Location is great as the bus from the Ave train station stops very close by. The people were very nice at the hotel. I did not try the restaurant. This is an excellent choice for a stay in Cuenca, and an excellent value.
