Paul and Annette were the perfect hosts, not forgetting their very friendly and professional team. We had the privilege of staying six nights at Loch Lein; a beautiful place set in a lovely location. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable, with wonderful views. The bathroom was very big with a nice shower and bath. Lovely soft towels and bath robes, and a good selection of toiletries. There was a comfortable lounge for guests and spacious outside seating area for enjoying a drink and admiring the fantastic view. The dining room was a delight; at breakfast there was a good selection of cereals on offer. The cooked choice was varied, cooked to order and nicely presented. The evening meals were exceptional. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. And would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Charming familydriven boutique hotel. The wiev from the room is spectacular. The room are spaceious with beds to dream in (I travel single). Outstanding service. The cook deserves his pay. Be observant when you come by the N72. It's easy to bypass the exit to the hotel.

We stayed two nights in what was the friendliest, quietest, biggest room in Ireland, overlooking the Loch. Dead quiet at night. Attentive service throughout and fabulous breakfast and dinners. We highly recommend this quiet spot just 10 minutes from Killarney.

Room Tip: 219 is at the end of the hall overlooking the Loch. You will love it, or any other room.

We spent a wonderful 3 nights at Loch Lein Country House while visiting Ireland. Wow what a great place! The rooms are clean, well appointed with all the modern amenities to please any guest. The food is delicious and well presented. The atmosphere is relaxing and just a short distance from the pubs and shopping in Killarney. Feels like coming home after a night out with friends. Paul and Annette treat everyone like family. Great time chatting with other guests from all corners of the world while sipping your favorite beverage before the fireplace. Perfectly embodies everything you dream of the Irish experience. Far and away the best place we have ever stayed in Ireland.

The location with its view of the Loch is perfect and it was the first hotel where we experienced true Irish hospitality. It felt like Annette and her staff really cared and were not just doing their daily work. We were welcomed with a cup of tea and cake while we settled in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a view that you would wish to wake up to every morning. The hotel is not in town so you do need a car to get around. We went into Killarney for dinner had but a really good breakfast at the Hotel, Highly recommended.
