The hotel has friendly, helpful staff and a beautiful pool/terrace area. We had a lovely evening poolside with a picnic supper. Breakfast was fabulous. Lack of air conditioning was a factor as we were there on a very hot day. Parking was a bit tricky when we arrived due to a party going on at restaurant next door. "Hike" up to Ronda was not as bad as I feared. Depending on wind direction, aromas from horses at farm next door were occasionally an issue.

Dear Margaretta. Thanks for your four bubbles. We are sure that yor review will help other traveles visiting Ronda. As you say, our small hote is located next to the Riding School of the Real Maestranza de Caballería of Ronda, one of the oldest and most prestigious in Europe. Its origins date back to the founding days of the Institution, two years after the founding of the Vienna Spanish Riding School in 1571. We are very proud about our neighbours. The horses are incredibly beautiful and very well kept. Also smell and flies is very rare as the workers clean every day and the horses are very well kept.

We wish you the best and hope to see you again.

This is a wonderful, small, family-run hotel at the bottom of Ronda by the Arab Baths. It is beautifully decorated and very atmospheric. The rooms are comfortable rather than luxurious. The gardens are fabulous and the breakfasts a delight. These are served on the terrace and include many homemade treats. These include lemonade, jams and a variety of cakes. Beautiful cheese and fruit kebabs.

There is a good restaurant a few doors up the street. It is a climb up to the town but in the evening this was fine, when it was cooler. In the day we tended to use the car. There is an underground car park, which is quite reasonable. There is free car park at the hotel.

The service was excellent and it was extremely good value. Highly recommended for those that are looking for a friendly, stylish hotel.

Hi again. Thanks for review us with five stars. We agree with you, the garden is a very peacefuly place to be seated and be relaxed. You can bring drinks from our honesty bar to the terraces, pool and rooms, night and day. Finaly we agree with your point about the breakfast. We take the best fruts, cheeses and meats from the White Villages to bring you to the table. Our lovely cook also produce dayly fresh juice, jams and cakes.
The free parking, just in front of the hotel, the restaurant next door, the Spa-Hammam, also next door, and the Arab Baths (s.XIII) complete one of the best location in your visit to Ronda.

Lovely room with private terrace. But everyone has access to the lovely pool, with a farmer's field (yeah, grazing sheep) visible through the fence, and the beautiful garden. And yet you are a short (but steep) walk from the center of town. Exquisite breakfast included with the room.

We loved this hotel! The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the outdoor terrace lovely. Great pool and the best breakfast! It's a quick walk up to town, and we really enjoyed the ambiance and R&R. The honor bar was a treat as well!

Room tip: All the rooms looked lovely but a terrace room with a patio was perfect!
