This is our second stay here and it was even better than the first! We felt the festive season as soon as we walked in. The decorations and attentive staff were just perfect! Christmas party night was brilliant and we got a great nights sleep in a quiet room! We’ll be back :-)
My fiance and I went for our wedding menu tasting last night with my mum and dad. The food was outstanding and the staff were so helpful, talking us through each option and explaining how each meal could be adapted to be gluten free/ vegetarian etc.
We were most impressed by the service provided by Steven, our wedding coordinator. He couldn't have been more helpful and his motto "I'll make anything happen" is so true! I trust him 100% to create the perfect wedding day for us in April. There is no such thing as a silly question or request - Steven really goes the extra mile.
Just had a private function here for father in law’s 70th birthday. Mark and the team were absolutely superb and looked after us so well. Fantastic, attentive and friendly service. Their attention to detail made our night go smoothly and it was a huge success.. Can’t recommend highly enough. Food was great too. Well done Bothwell Bridge!
My fiancé and I booked our wedding for 2021 this week and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Stelios our wedding co-ordinator is so helpful and knowledgeable and has answered every question we have had. We are looking forward to our big day and know all our needs will be taken care of.
Belated thank you to all the staff and the event manager for providing an excellent service and meal for my 80th Birthday party. I would thouroughly recommend this hotel for any such function as the staff go out their way to look after you and make it special!
