It had been a very stressful day, a long journey and another long return journey to come when this hotel offered a haven from it all. We were able to have tea while we very comfortably sat reading until we could get a table. We couldn't have been looked after better by Steve and Natascha who were so kind and understanding. Then, we had a delicious meal looked after by Steve and Stanislav. The customer service was superb and I have World Host customer service training myself. Steve and Natascha were wonderful as was Staislav who was particularly helpful. All three deserve rewarding. I can't say enough good things about the three of them. Absolutely superb. It was, however, disappointing not to be able to add a gratuity to my debit card payment. Happily, I had cash for these very deserving people. My only concern is with your ladies room. There is no sign as you are going IN about the step. The sign is on the inside of the door going OUT. Consequently, I fell over the step going in quite unnecessarily but without any real harm. Someone else might not be so lucky. This was no one's fault but you might want to reconsider where the warning sign is. The tape on the step which I saw going out isn't enough.
