Hotel is in a great location--- right next door to Prague Castle. If you are mobility-challenged, it may not be a big good fit because it's at the top of a hill.
The hotel itself is very ascetically pleasing. The room I stayed in was very big, especially by European standards. There was a nice large bathtub which was welcomed after staying in multiple hotels before this one with only showers.
The elevator seems barely functional and is ridiculously small.
The breakfast is underwhelming and I would recommend going to brunch at one of the nearby restaurants instead. MLS Crêperie was great.
The hotel staff are abrupt and not friendly or helpful. Thankfully, I had no room issues and I had no problem navigating Prague. But if you're expecting welcoming staff, this is not the hotel for you.More
