We stayed at the Century Old Town Prague for three nights. We had booked and paid on line via the Accor website. We checked in on line which meant on arrival our room key was waiting for us and we were able to access our accommodation immediately. The room was spacious and airy with a small but perfectly adequate bathroom. All the usual amenities and great towels. Really appreciated the facecloths. We found the room rather cold so turned off the air conditioning. Our room faced on to an inner courtyard (which we prefer) which meant it was quiet. The window opened to allow in fresh air. Staff were pleasant and helpful. A special ++++ for the dining room manageress at breakfast times during our stay. She was super pleasant and helpful. One morning there was no yogurt and we were told "sorry" by some of the servers. I mentioned the lack of yogurt to the dining room manageress who dashed in to the kitchen and returned with the same apology. So I thought, OK no yogurt (which was odd for a 4 star + hotel) and returned to my table. Within a couple of minutes the manageress appeared at our table with a bowl full of yogurt. Wow! Super customer service which was great appreciated. The buffet style breakfast was excellent...eggs to order, plus a huge selection of fresh products, fruits, special vegan beverages, etc. All you could ask for at breakfast time and more. Check out was super smooth. We really enjoyed our stay at the Century Old Town Prague. It's handy to everything including the tram and metro. Palladium shopping center 100m down the road for shopping and supplies like water, snacks, etc. We would definitely stay there again and totally recommend the hotel.
