We went there thinking that we had a reservation made by our hotel. It turned out that we did not. It was late and we were tired and hungry. Fortunately the head waiter / owner (we are not sure who he was; he wore a different uniform than the rest of the waiters) took pity on us and turned a service table into a dinner table for us near the entrance (for which we would be eternally grateful). There were three of us. We each had the duck soup with fois gras as the starter. It was delicious and the soup had quite a bit of fois gras. Two of us had the roast duck and I had the grilled duck. The roast duck was really good, far better than your average restaurant which serves roast duck in the United States. The grilled duck was good but not as great as the roast duck--it was a little chewy and the skin was not crisp enough. The portion for each of the main dishes was very generous. Overall, we had a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend the restaurants to duck lovers.
