We caught a train in from Berlin so that we could say that we stayed a night in Poland. From the train station, the town has a red line painted on the sidewalk which guides you to every spot to see in town. Its a lengthly walk but it sure takes the guess work out of it. On the way we came across Hotel Zbyszko. It was reasonable priced, clean and a short distance to the train station. They had a fabulous restaurant inside with great food at great prices! The woman at the front desk told us to be sure that we grabbed the complimentary breakfast but we told her that we were leaving very early in the morning and long before the breakfast was being served. When I checked out in the morning, she had made my wife and I a huge bag full of food and drink to take with us. I would stay here in a heartbeat again! Hospitality over modern anyday!!

Family of 2 adults and a teenager. Rather small and simple 3-bed room, but clean.
Good and reasonably priced restaurant. Good breakfast. Close to shopping (>1 km to Carrefour, Kaufland and Castorama). Quite far from city center. Good hotel for passing guests, but not the place to enjoy the city..

Although this hotel had very accommodating and friendly staff it was grossly overpriced and seriously in need of moving into the 21st century. Basic in the extreme, curtains were of different lengths, those that had rings attached to help pull them shut! Bed linen and pillows didn't match and the carpet I am sure was designed to give you migraine. Towels were too small to be used after the shower. Breakfast was totally inedible, greasy macaroni with bits of ham and a boiled frankfurter and the coffee was like straining mud through your teeth, but we found a nice bakery just around the corner. I would advise anyone to avoid this and go to any hotel in the city
