Zulian Aparthotel is a very good hotel, big stairs, but is always good an exercise after such a good breakfast. Besides, the place where you have the breakfast it is beautiful. However major part of the staff working for the breakfast arrived to be annoyed. You could not have your plate empty that they would take out without asking. That is not polite, educated. You should teach the girls working there that a plate is only taken off whenever everyone in the table finishes. Basically I had to use 3 clean plates each breakfast. Besides, you just have right to one shampoo and one gel douche? For the other days you have to pay? Never saw such policy in a hotel. Also, the room was clean and spacious but had a funny smell the first day we arrive.

It is a pity this drawbacks, because is a hotel that deserves a rating minimum of 4.

Affordable, convenient, excellent value for money!
a 5-10 min pleasant walk from the very center of all the city attractions, even less from the RR station1 - and a really friendly, attentive and discreet staff; altogether great quality and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Room Tip: any room is fine, but beware if you have a heavy luggage: there is no elevator

We stayed here as 4 friends in November and had a conjoined room meaning we were altogether which was great. Overall this hotel is a great location- it’s around a 15 minute walk to the main square which means you don’t hear too much of the noise. We didn’t use the breakfast facilities as we were out all the time. We booked our trip to auschwitz through the hotel which was very handy and we were picked up just 2 doors down from the hotel. They also organised our taxi back to the airport which was very punctual.
Reception is 24 hours however if you need a drink/refreshment you cannot get this in in the hotel which is annoying. There is also no fridge in the room.
Overall a great stay and we would definitely return to the zulian if in Krakow again.

This is a very nice place to stay in Kraków. Lovely building, spacious clean rooms, pleasant staff. 10 minutes walk to Main Square. Breakfast offered a good variety and was situated in a lovely chalet in the garden. Very good value.

Room Tip: A room facing the garden is lovely

Over all a good place to stay in Krakow.

It’s cheap, staff extremely helpfull and kind, it’s located a 10 minute walk from the center and about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station.

The hotel offers a lovely garden and a cosy “wooden cabin-ish” hut for breakfast.
The only issue we had, was that the area was waaaay too crowded and noisy.
Kinda stressfull and it seemed like there wasn’t enough tables for all of their guests, leaving people standing stirring at you and waiting for you to.. Well - go away asap
Also, there were only 1 coffee maker available which ment a never ending line.

Otherwise the breakfast was great and a first for me where it was open for 4 hours. Might be to compensate for their lack of space
I would recommend going before 08.30 or after 10.30

By the way; the hotel has no elevator, so if you’re not a stair fan or has trouble climbing them, you might consider another hotel.

Our room was great and I would definitely return
