Lovely hotel away from the centre, but with easy access into the centre using the efficient transport system. The breakfast was served in the conservatory and was good and plentiful. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Even hotel looks nice, breakfast is good, we have bad experience as we had a sleepless night because 3 rooms were rented to Casino guests and they conducted a party in the hotel room with many people a lot of alcohol and, potentially hired, naked girls on the floor. After complaining 4 times the management apologized, but that and that those things can happen some times as the rooms were already paid by the Casino users. I would not recommend to spend your holidays and if you are looking for a quiet hotel.

We spent a weekend there with our family. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was super, fresh food. Our room was clean ,comfortable bed and also very cold. We had a very poor wifi connection.
In 10min walking distance there is a tram station, by tram 3 or 50 we were in 12 in centrum.
We were satisfied with our rooms , the hotel os nice and clean but already used a lot...

We were four couples and stayed 3 nights at this nice, small hotel. The hotel was full of history as the city itself.
Nice, stylish and comfortable.
The staff was very helpful, the breakfast very good and we had dinner one night which was good except for the recommended Polish wine (do not try).
Compared with the big international hotels this was much more to my taste.

The hotel is fine, though I wasn't as impressed as most reviewers seem to be. My room was a bit small and a triumph of style over substance. For example there were three chairs in the room, but hardly anywhere to put anything. And it suffers badly from silly pillow syndrome. One big square pillow which takes up a third of the length of the bed, and a very small pillow smaller than a scatter cushion. Very uncomfortable, and when I asked for a nice, ordinary sized pillow they didn't have one. Pillows are pillow-sized for a reason. I suggest the management get down to IKEA - it's only just down the road after all - and buy some proper pillow-sized, pillow-shaped pillows.
