Amazing stay very central within walking distance of the main market square and Jewish district and shopping malls. Brilliant pool, spa and sauna! Wonderful open rooms and breakfast! Friendly staff, highly recommended!

Myself and my wife spent 4 nights in this hotel. Staff were friendly, room was very nice, location excellent being only a few minutes walk from the Market Square. Also, the breakfast was outstanding - especially their omelette and scrambled egg

Fantastic hotel. It's either just been fully re-furbished or very new. Very clean, comfy bed and an unexpected fruit platter in our room. Bathroom great, large shower but no bath.Perfectly placed right in the centre of Krakow. The swimming pool is wonderful a real treat as we had it to ourselves. It's very unusual in it's design and worth a look even if you don't go in it.The breakfast is amazing but don't expect a full English. You can order eggs and there is bacon but the continental selection is vast. You can even have a glass of champagne! Would recommend the creme brulee.
Would really love to go back.

Stayed for 3 nights and was well impressed. Very clean hotel and extremely helpful staff. Spacious rooms finished to a high standard. Spa is excellent and well worth a visit after a day sightseeing. We had breakfast with a fantastic choice catering for all tastes. Perfect loation for the square. Will be Back for another visit.

We stayed here for a few days holiday. The hotel was beautiful, facilities excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. You’re right in the old town and close to most of the sites you would want.

Only criticism is that the room was quite small. It was beautifully presented with chairs, writing desk and double bed but the space was just not there for the bed so it was pushed against the wall/window meaning that you needed to shuffle down to the end to get out. That aside it was faultless but really was a single not a double.
