The breakfast buffet was very good, good parking. The hotel prices are very favorable. Quick easy access to the city center. The staff is friendly and well prepared. Hotel is good for mall prices.I was satisfied!

Not even worth the name of an hotel. Indeed, the letter "L" is not lighted, so it is a "hote".
It's an old, dirty hostel. The beds fall apart, the towels are gray, with holes and fall apart into threads; if you're able to turn a shower on, you're not able to turn it off. We asked for another room, but there a window was open wouldn't be shut (and that with 7 degrees of Celcius outside). The breakfast is just as horrible-the cheese is a gum, the cucumbers are not eatable and the jam is as if purchased in the cheapest market corner. Plus, there is a horrible smell of chemicals from the chemicals fabric nearby.
Avoid, by all means, there are plenty of nice hotels in Krakow, do not let this thing spoil your vacation!
No, i cant write any good or little good thing about this hotel. Wee booked room, but when we saw the room we booked room in another hotel for quick. Hotel Start is a Hostel but even among those in the foulest. Dirty, ugly..... ahhh. Avoid if you can.
The worst hotel I've been ever. Dirty, smelly ugly rooms! Something remained from 70's. Pictures are simply fake! The biggest cheat in Hotel business I've experienced ever. Keep out and avoid to book it! After 20 minutes we left. The only good thing was the free wifi, which helped to find another hotel. Receptionist guy was nice, but what he could do with this facility??? Poor guy!
Hotel has good location, it is not far from the center and very close ( no more than 50 m) to the tram stop. Stuff of the hotel is also very kind. I would recommend it mainly to young, undemending people with low budget. Rooms has only basic equipment, but if you are looking only for a plece to stay during the night, you don´t need anything else.
My friends stayed in this hotel for New Year holidays for 3 days. I've seen rewievs here so I was prepared. It looks like a mental institution but has good location and nice personel. Those are two only advanteges of this hotel. Rooms are very basic but what you pay that's what U get. Still 15 minutes away from downtowm with tram 18 or less then 20 with tram 19 from Galeria Krakowska. Well the first impression is scary but they survived it. I recommend this hotel to young people with quite low budget and no expectations. Krakow rocks wherever U stay! :) Cheers!
