For: 15 minutes walk to town centre, bigger than average IBIS rooms. TV but no English channels. Opening window, big shower, good towels and soap. Room was exceptionally clean. Parking on site at £15 per day. Good restaurant for dinner.
Against: air-conditioning not working, temp out side 29c but nothing done about it. Breakfast was expensive, only buffet with very few hot items. Rooms on street side were noisy with local youths until 06:30am. No kettle, reception not friendly.

We stayed at the ibis centrum krakow May ,had a taxi from airport cost 89pln ABOUT £20.
ideal situated, close to wawel Castle,15minutes walk to town centre.
Recommend the breakfast 41pln(£10)each.
Across the road is a little bar called Smily's very cheap drink and food you cook yourself on a bbq. steaks and sausages 10pln (£2.50).
Booked aschwitz trip at hotel was £68 for 2, door to door service with guide, it's a 7 hour round trip.
We did get a buggy ride from the main square took us to Jewish quarter, shindlers factory, hero square and ghetto wall, bargain with them as we got the buggy for 300 pln (£75).
Hotel staff very helpful and hotel rooms spacious and clean
Would definitely recommend this hotel... Enjoy your time in krakow

Stayed as a family, good service at reception at check in/checkout. Breakfast was not included in our deal but we did add it twice, not the cheapest place for breakfast but loads of choice & fresh produce. The rooms were cleaned daily and nice and airy. Great location with a frequent tram stop right outside and the castle & river easy to walk to in minutes. Would stay again

I was in this hotel with my family at Easter. Room was clean and quite comfortable for a family too (room 405). Breakfast was very plentyful and everything was delicious. I loved the traditional polish horseradish-beetroot what they served for the easter ham and the fresh pancake with apple compote. Coffee is "molto bene" because it is made from coffee beans. For me this is an extra point!!
Staff was friendly. The waiters in the restaurant very helpful and they smiled every time, when we met with them. Location is also perfect. Stare Miasto is only 10-15 minits walking distance but the Wawel just 5. If you would like to hiking a little bit, choose the kopiec kosciuszki which is amazing and not so far from the hotel.

This hotel is a great ibis hotel. It is clean and classic ibis in style. The neighbourhood was safe and close to the centre of Krakow, roughly 20 minutes walk to the main square in Krakow. It was roughly 80 zloty from the airport by taxi to the hotel. Staff were very friendly.
