I can't take any credit for finding this hotel as it was all the wife's work and as usual, she nailed it. We are a family of three and with the third being a teenager we were lucky enough to be able to get adjoining rooms which were simply huge. The rooms are spotless and spacious. The service in the hotel is also very good and would recommend the hotel restaurant. Overall a great place to base yourself in krkow

Brilliant location, lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Plenty to see in walking distance. Would definitely visit again! Organized trips were well run. Plenty of choice of restaurants, good value for money.

Arrived here as part of an 'Easyjet City Break'. We (4 Adults 2xM + 2xF) were not disappointed.
Every member of staff, without exception, we came into contact with, was everything you would expect/want; and all spoke very good English.
The Hotel was very clean/modern, the rooms large, a free use of safe in the wardrobe is included; together with the en-suite and its underfloor heating and large shower.
Within easy walking distance of City Centre, or tram stops if required.
There is a Supermarket opposite.
The on-site restaurant (used 1st evening) was excellent in every way.
Breakfast was abundant, hot/cold, and of the same high standards as everything else in this establishment.
The wi-fi around the Hotel is good, there is the free use also of two computers in the foyer.
In the Bar, the 'Hot Grog' and 'Polish Martinis' were just what we needed following each days arduous walking/tours !!
Could not fault the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel, would definitely stay here again and have no problem recommending it.

We stayed 3 nights in this wonderful hotel which is a short walk from the city centre and in the Jewish Quarter. The service from all of the staff was first class and the standard rooms are spacious, comfortable and have an efficient shower unit in the ensuite.
There is a very good restaurant within the hotel and availability of food during the day and evening. Breakfast was very good.
An excellent choice of hotel in Krakow.

Room Tip: Rooms on the fourth floor are quieter

This was my third stay in this lovely hotel.I like being away from the main busy square and so close to the Jewish quarter. We had a triple room for me, my Sister and my Niece and there was ample room for us all. We had an amazing stay, the customer service is second to none, the breakfasts are varied and really good and the bar is just fabulous!

Room Tip: Our room was at the front of the hotel which was very noisy but only if you have the windows open. Rooms at the rear are quieter.
