Location was perfect, across the station and shops and near the old town, but it still felt calm and quite. Content about the staff, kind and helpfull. The breakfast was also very lavish and diverse, really enjoyed it! Rooms also nice and modern. One sidenote is that we were not such a fan of the matted glass wall from the bathroom. Its not seethrough, but you can see shapes. I was staying with my sister and i can imagine this is nice for couples but not so much for us. It also lights up the entire room and wakes the other person up if you would go to the bathroom. But overal very nice stay and would recommend to everyone!

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights in August. The staff were so attentive and helpful, immaculately dressed. When we arrived our room was ready. The room was decorated to a high standard and really lovely. Our window looked out onto a brick wall, which had a cool mural on it which we really liked. Breakfast was plentiful and of a high standard. All allergens clearly labeled and again attentive staff. All of the front desk staff stood out as exceptional. We booked trips to the salt mines and Auschwitz through them. After staying in the room for one night we had two complaints. One the wall from the bathroom to the bedroom is glass. Which meant when one of us got up to use the toilet in the night we woke the other up or had to stubble in the dark. Second, the air con unit in the room is very loud and on top of this we were right near the main air con hub units for the hotel. Constant humming noise. We phoned Reception and asked to move, they moved us straight away and could not have been more helpful. Whilst our second room didn’t have the humming noise of the main units, it did have the individual A/C noise. This was a really shame because we loved the hotel and the stay, just felt we didn’t have a single restful nights sleep. Ironically the beds were very comfy. We had dinner in the hotel a couple of nights and the food was outstanding. One waitress in particular was really attentive and recommended dishes to us. Everything is within walking distance including the old town and Jewish quarter.

Great location, across the street from the train station. This hotel is also walking distance from all of the places and attractions that make Krakow amazing. Great service, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. My room was a good mix of modern acomodations and luxury. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at multiple hotels in Krakow and this one seems to be ideal for work or leisure...Centrally located across the street from the mall and railway station , there isnt a better location. Old town is 5-8 mins walking and the castle is about 15 min walk...Very safe area any time of day or night
Hotel staff are always very accommodating and always doing the best to keep customers happy...Never been denied early check in , navigational help and above all they pass out free fresh pretzels in the morning.

Room tip: Room size is a bit small but plenty for business traveller...not sure about family rooms

I have been in different mercure all around the world and the one in Krakow is absolutely one of the best. The service and the way the staff make the check in is absolutely beautiful. If you find a good offer you can also spend less than what you think.
The location is perfect in front of the mall and 10 minutes from the main square.
