We went to Borpince restaurant in Warsaw to try their Hungarian food and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke very well English. We got seated in the basement of the building, which sounds much worse than it actually was. It's a nice and cozy dining environment with candle lights.
The menu was also in English and the prices for the dishes were reasonable. The original Hungarian dish name was listed on this menu and the description of the dish was in English. The majority of the dishes sound very Hungarian, although the taste of authenticity is a bit off. Nevertheless very tasteful and nicely presented.
For two non-alcoholic drinks, two main dishes, two side dishes, two deserts and two coffee, we paid around 180 PLN, about 42 Euro or $47.
The only slight negatives: drinking glasses could have been cleaner (dishwasher spots). And for a Hungarian themed restaurant, it's lacking Hungarian decoration and Hungarian music.
