Great and real Hungarian food, nicely designed inside. Proper service. Better to book in advance at the weekend.

Great, original tasty food. Beautiful walls (bricks downstairs). Great service. Some dishes are very spicy (hungarian cuisine) so be careful or ask before ordering. They also organise Dine in the Dark - fantastic adventure - I do recommend trying!

Great meal in a very good Hungarian style form, good selection of both starters and main courses hot and cold. Service good and reasonable prices.

We visited the restaurant with our friends on a Friday night. The place wasn't very busy but decided to go downstairs as it seemed more private and cozy. We had a three course meal, starting with smoked grilled cheese / tarragon soup followed by goulash for mains. We finished our meal with some vanilla ice cream with pumpkin seeds and oil (sounds odd, but it's delicious!!). For drinks, we decided to go for 2 bottles of Pinot Noir... everything was absolutely fantastic, the flavours, spiciness and texture of the dishes, as well as their presentation. We would greatly recommend this place, especially if you're not a fan of busy, touristic places and want to have a nice, quiet evening with great food and wine, in the company of your friends. 5 stars!

We went to Borpince restaurant in Warsaw to try their Hungarian food and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke very well English. We got seated in the basement of the building, which sounds much worse than it actually was. It's a nice and cozy dining environment with candle lights.

The menu was also in English and the prices for the dishes were reasonable. The original Hungarian dish name was listed on this menu and the description of the dish was in English. The majority of the dishes sound very Hungarian, although the taste of authenticity is a bit off. Nevertheless very tasteful and nicely presented.

For two non-alcoholic drinks, two main dishes, two side dishes, two deserts and two coffee, we paid around 180 PLN, about 42 Euro or $47.

The only slight negatives: drinking glasses could have been cleaner (dishwasher spots). And for a Hungarian themed restaurant, it's lacking Hungarian decoration and Hungarian music.
