Let me start by saying that I eat vegan meals majority of the time and am vegetarian since always. Therefore I was not looking for any meat or fish flavors. The vegan ramen shop serves a decent bowl of noodles. Decent, but not majestic. I went for the creamy shiyo ramen while my wife went for the clear version. Despite the place being extremely busy, service is good and staff is polite. Coming back to the ramen themselves, we left a bit disappointed. The noodles feel gluey and although the broth does pack a punch in flavor, it’s the ingredients that are a let down. Ingredients don’t feel fresh and the dishes had very one dimensional taste. Big portions though, which we didn’t manage to finish. All in all, it’s worth trying but don’t expect too much.
