The hotel is very well located clise to the center, providing easy access to restaurants and places of interest. The staff was very helpful, always trying to help and support. The room was amazing - spacious and with great view. The only negative point - the whole floor strangely smelled of cigarettes (and room as well). When I indicated this to the staff, they apologised but the problem was not solved.

My wife and I just completed a short, two-night stay at the Warsaw Intercontinental. Our experience couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed a beautiful, corner room junior suite with panoramic views of the city.

Before our arrival we contacted the concierge team for assistance with airport pickup and return, as well as a private English speaking driver/tour guide for a day of siteseeing. Each inquiry was met with a warm, personal response within minutes. The fees involved seemed very reasonable. Agnes and Lucasz know what they’re doing and were very accommodating to our requests.

We enjoyed our time in Warsaw and the surrounding area, and the morning breakfast, evening cocktails and appetizers were always just perfect. The health club on the top floor was well equipped and provided a spectacular view of this thriving city.

A special thanks to Aleksandra, in the Club Lounge, for her thoughtful help with rebooking our flight after an unexpected cancellation. Aleksandra went above and beyond to make several phone calls on our behalf to resolve the problem. Fortunately, she was able to get us the right flight at no additional charge. She never complained and always smiled during this challenging ordeal. A huge thanks to her for that help! She should be promoted for how hard she worked!

We loved our visit and would tell everyone to stay at the Warsaw Intercontinental. It’s the perfect spot in this cosmopolitan city!

We stayed at the hotel for four nights and enjoyed the stay.
An excellent and rich breakfast with a harp playing in the background.
The hotel is close to Warsaw's main railway station and a half hour walk to the Old Town.
On the 43rd floor of the hotel there is the gym, pool and Jacuzzi and you can see panoramic views of beautiful Warsaw.
We enjoyed the hotel very much!

This is an attractive hotel that delivers on brand expectations. The staff in particular really seemed top notch to me.

My room was quite comfortable, and well above average in size for European hotel rooms. The fitness center on the top floor is certainly as impressive in reality as you see in the photos here. Hotel guests will really be missing out if they don't go up for at least a look.

I think this generally a good location for a visit to Warsaw. As you can see on the map, it is especially convenient in terms of transport connections. The location is somewhat less attractive for pedestrians. The most interesting area of the city to walk in and around is the old town, well over 2km away. The wide and heavily trafficked streets that lie a block east and west of the hotel are not any fun for pedestrians to negotiate at all.

The breakfast, like at pretty much every hotel of this class, is not cheap. Even so, at the prepaid price of 20€ it is not really a horrible value either considering the quality of the offering.

I do not regularly stay at 5 star hotels. However, in seeking lodging for my first visit to Warsaw I discovered the price here to be within the realm of reason for a high quality hotel in a central location. I left satisfied with my decision, glad to have enjoyed a few days of affordable luxury.

The hotel has a great location, near all the public transport, the rooms (we were on 32nd floor) had a nice view of the Warsaw skyline and the staff were friendly and helpful (giving recommendations and even storing our luggage for us on thw last day after check-out). The rooms and amenities are top drawer as well. Thanks for a great stay :)!
