Great location in the heart of Pest. Easy walking distance to public transportation. Easy 5-10 minute walk to Grand Market. Just off the Vaca Utca, and river front. Lots of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. The apartment: Clean and comfortable (as described in photos). Owner (Heidi) waiting for us at the location upon arrival to give us the keys and answer any questions. Her emails beforehand included instructions/directions for us walking from the metro and were a great help (especially the info that the apartment was in same building as the mini-market). View from the apartment was great (part of the Marriott hotel is in front of you, but you overlook that and have a full view of the castle in one direction and the Citadel in the other). Great photo ops of the castle lit up at night. Can view the castle while sitting on the couch.
Overall, great location, great accommodations, very reasonable price. Budapest was a lot of fun (even in the rain), and I would return again and stay as this apartment.

The apartment is in a great location on the riverfront within walking distance to many attractions. The view from the french balcony is great especially at night. We felt very safe within the apartment location. The main pedestrian street is just a block or so away. Close to trams, buses and the metro. Hedi the owner was very helpful and easy to correspond with.
The apartment is very clean and although small has plenty of room for two and all the essentials except for an iron and ironing board. There were no clothes washing facilities in the apartment. The apartment block public areas need some TLC.
