We stopped here for a wine.........and ended up staying for several bottles of excellent wine and the best food we ate in Hungary. We let Tolvaj choose the food. We were expecting a cheese/charcuterie plate, but got the most incredible, creative and different food. Things like smoked veal tartare, Camembert with marinated cherries, blue cheese with pickled walnuts, an amazing salad, and a taste of his wild boar stew. The ingredients were fresh and local and Tolvaj was a generous and knowledgable host. I expect to see his name in lights one day"
