This hotel has a huge car park. The location is fine. The lobby area is alo big enough.
Service is nice but some improvements are essential to prepare better food.
I expected a much better dishes in this hotel.

I was at this hotel for a conference. For this reason I cannot say anything about their rooms. The location of the hotel is quite good , close to the lake and close to the city center. 10 minutes by walk 3 minutes by car.

The restaurant is very big, and the food is nothing special. For a conference they could not offer a normal side dish. The conference room is huge 500 people can get in there. They have a bar and a nice lounge area.

For me it seemed the hotel is pretty huge, lot of people can stay there and in a main season this can be very noisy. I would not chose this hotel . It is not because of the hotel`s fault it is because this hotel is not my style.

We stayed here for one night during a June weekend and chose the more expensive Premium wing to stay in. The entrance to this section can be little bit difficult to find as its ways from the main entrance to the hotel.

The welcome and the reception was OK. Not particularly friendly but functional. However getting to the room was already ridiculous. The hotel has decided that saving electricity was the number one priority of the complex. When stepping out of the lift, you are treated with a pitch black corridor, where automatic lighting comes on late and switches back off before you have a chance to get to your room.

The room itself is ok in size, but not well maintained. The windows were covered in bird droppings, the balcony floor was dirty, the seats were covered in cobwebs.

However the worst thing was the dinner and breakfast. Food was terrible, technically inedible. Everything had a burnt toast to it. Breakfast selection is laughable. The cheapest possible ingredients, recycled for the 3rd or 4th time.

Staff was quite rude as well.

Avoid disappointment, do not stay at this hotel.

Room tip: Avoid this hotel

The only good thing is that they have a large parking and the area where is located is very beautiful. Poor breakfast, same in every day. big mistake is you had paid also for dinner which is poor, very similary every day and you wont recive not even a glass of water.
The rooms are very small but clean, you cannot set the temperature in the room and is way to hot or way to cold if u open the window. Very disappointed

We stayed in room 215 on the premium side of the hotel for two nights. The room was clean and standard. There was a lot of storage space in the closets. There was a stocked minibar. The bed, however, was two twin beds jammed together, which meant there was a crack down the middle of the bed (uncomfortable and annoying.)

The bathroom had the basic amenities, decent counter space, a towel warmer and robes. The bathtub was large and deep. No makeup mirror and not the best hair dryer.

There was a large patio balcony facing the garden that was connected to all the other patios of the other rooms, so there wasn't much privacy. There were low planter boxes that divided the patio balconies. We were there in the off season so the hotel wasn't crowded and it really wasn't a problem.

The room was connected to the adjacent room by a door and the door was not locked. We opened the door to check and had access to the room next door. It seemed to lock with a key, which we did not have. Since the hotel was largely vacant we just put the luggage rack and a suitcase to block the door.

Our room came with breakfast and dinner included. The restaurant staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffets were fairly limited and nothing special. As premium guests we were allowed a set five course dinner but they were unable to provide a vegetarian option, despite having one on the menu. The dinner buffet was terrible, some of the food was cold, hodgepodge, lacking in vegetables and the desserts were covered with flies.

We did enjoy the premium wellness center. There were pools of varying temperatures, but the hottest was only lukewarm. There were 3-4 saunas, a steam room, showers, etc. The space was relaxing and uncrowned as we were there in the off season. There were plenty of lounge chairs with views of the lake as well. The wellness center seemed clean and well maintained.

There was a fitness room with some cardio equipment, old looking yoga mats, and worthless weights (0.5 kilo dumbells, 15 kilo dumbbells, and a bar that weights can't be secured to.) There were also a couple of old weight machines.

Overall the hotel appeared clean, except the elevators which hand handprints and smudges all over the doors and inside. The location was good, right next to the lake.

Check out time was 10am, which seemed early to us. When checking out the receptionist claimed we had not paid for our room despite having an email receipt from the online booking site we used. She was abrasive with her tone and not very friendly. This situation delayed our checkout process.
