We stayed here for 3 nights, we paid for a superior room but were initially given a standard room - it's very small. We went straight back down to reception and they apologised for the mistake and gave us the superior room, it's well worth the extra money!

The room itself was very clean, big, had a safe/mini fridge, hair dryer etc although the hair dryer is not very strong. Toiletries are supplied but aren't great quality - nothing awful, I'm just super fussy! The bathroom had a great shower that was always warm and the room was also really warm all the time!

The double bed had two single duvets which we weren't keen on but didn't disturb our sleep of course. The bed was comfy and the bed was made each morning, room was cleaned each morning too. The mini fridge has some nice stuff in it but quite expensive especially when supermarkets selling the same stuff are nearby.... Tea/Coffee facilities in the room were great too!

I really appreciated the hotel being 24 hour - our Uber arrived there at 01:45! On this note, if you are traveling from Vilnius airport, order an Uber.... our journey from the airport at 01:30 cost us 2.51 EUR, our journey back to the airport (in rush hour!!!) onoly cost 4.12 EUR compared to the hotel offering a taxi for 20 euro each way...

Our room didn't include breakfast, it was 9 EUR per person - too expensive. We walked to the two supermarkets (Maxima XXX and IKI) nearby for breakfast each morning and got fresh pastries that were about 0,40 EUR each!

Overall if I was coming back to Vilnius I'd come back and stay here, good service, great room but 100% book a superior room instead of a standard room, you won't regret it!

Room tip: Reserve a superior room

Staying over a fairly cold and wet Vilnius November weekend, the warmth and comforts of the room made going out an effort. The room was spacious and the beds were very soft. The staff were welcoming and endeavoured to make us feel at home

First time in Lithuania, I was really happy with this hotel. 24 hour reception was crucial for us as our flight got in late.

Staff spoke excellent English and for this we were grateful. They helped organise our trips and showed us where to get the airport bus. The bus is €1 compared to €11 in the taxi.

The rooms are on the smaller side but this didn't matter to us and we would gladly stay again and recommend to others.

Room was very big and clean with a big bed. Tea/coffee facilities in the room were very useful. Fridge full of goodies - but you have to pay so its better to get your own stuff. TV a bit dated, but you can watch some lithuanian, some russian and some english chanels (Mainly News). One very bed thing - hair dryer very dated took ages to dry my hair. Breakfast was included and was a nice variety with decent coffee.

Rooms were quite basic. Nothing too bad but nothing good either. The worst thing was that the walls were paper thin. I could hear the man next room snoring. It was really bad. I had to request a new room. When I called to the reception, a guy promised to call back but he never did. In the morning there was a nice woman in the front desk and she immediately organised me a new room. It was little better but still I could hear other people.
