Noa is located about 10km from city center, easiest is to take a taxi. Restaurant is divided in two, a normal, open daily and Chefs hall open Wed.-Sat.. In a normal Nom you choose from a menu and in Chefs hall you get a menu, paired with wines or non-alcoholic drinks. At normal restaurant cost depends what you choose, chefs menu is priced at 79 euros without drinks. Normal restaurant is built in levels so all have view toward Tallinn skyline. In the winter, it is just lights in the darkness, but in the summer view is great.
We had a good burger made of lam and excellent tiger prawns with self made potato chips. Portion of fries was very small. Best was dessert, especially chocolate with berries. Banana with whisky-caramel sauce was also very good.
Service was personal, very good and attentive, considering that restaurant was 2/3 full.
Highly recommend and also recommend reservation.

A nice restaurant by the seaside with great view. Offering great cocktail and a la carte menu on one side and a chef degustation menu on the other side (called "chef's hall).
Tried the NOA Chef's Hall, degustation menu which is basically a 9 coursers design by the chef. I wasn't expect much at the beginning but the dinner totally blows my mind off.
A warm welcome from the staffs followed by a small 'tour' at their restaurant and each working station before the dinner. Every plate was perfectly presented, the use of the small condiments, bold flavours but well balanced, well use of the local products in Estonia. And you get to see all dishes prepared in the open kitchen space.
I totally enjoy the dinning experience, physically and visually.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner here... but didn't get an opportunity to enjoy the views that it is famous for. Food was great... nice selection of items that all come beautifully presented. Staff are very attentive - but note that unlike other places in Tallinn, you need to pay for water here. Still - if you're willing to leave the Old Town and make the journey to NOA you won't be disappointed. Hoping to head back in summer for a long, lazy afternoon on the deck!

Of all restaurants i visited in Balticum so far this takes the first price. The team is well organized and service is performed seameless. The story telling is fine. Local engridients combined with trays of local cooking tradions and on top a lot of creativity. Two high lights: Fish skin Dill made of a block of salmon skin stacked and the cutted and backed into oyster like shells very brilliant. Black Angus sliced and rolled in 2 mm lawyer with Fennel and cooked raw with pooring fire oil on top was a very pleasant surprise..
