I loved this place for its fresh flavors and tastes. Don't let the title "mescaleria" fool you. This is no grungy bar but a fine restaurant with its own twist on real Mexican food. It does have a dazzling array of mescals but it also had interesting beer and wine choices. I ate my meal with Allende dark beer. I loved the snapper ceviche, the tostada, the tacos., the homemade nachos with salsa. The only disappointment was the overly salted salad but then I had no room for it anyway. I also liked the polished wood and sparse decor and the attentive service. There was ample parking in the neighborhood. So, Andale pues.. check this place out.
