Description: Carmine's is a family style restaurant offering exceptional value to its guests through the many dishes of Southern Italian cuisine. The Carmine's concept is to bring its guests a "wow-factor" sized portions and making any meal feel like an Italian American wedding feast. Platters of homestyle antipasto, pasta, decadent seafood or meat entrees, and of course homemade desserts are all staples at Carmine's, meant for sharing amongst friends and family. When great food and wine are supported by friendly and knowledgeable service, the results are magic - we want every day to feel like a Sunday afternoon at Grandma's.

Restaurant is family style. Food is alot, on platters to share. Traditional Italian, decent but you don't go there for the food. Despite the size and lots of people you can easily hear the conversations and folks feel comfortable moving around the large tables to chat with this person or that person

After over an hour of waiting to be seated, we were excited to enjoy a delicious dinner. However, if you were to see 2 adults and a 7 year old - don't you think you would have asked if we were interested in a kids menu? No - it wasn't until we were leaving that we saw another family with kid menus for their children. My daughter missed out on raviolis and our waiter missed out on a bigger check!

Lots of food, great price. Lively atmosphere in the bar.
Didn't realize that the entrees typically feed four people.

When I told my son that we were going to be eating at Carmine's his eyes lit up like saucers. It was so good that we ate there two times in three days. Some of our favorite dishes are chicken Parmesan, spaghetti and meatballs, sausage links, and garlic bread. The portions are huge because it is family-style. You get two large chicken breast with the Parmesan entree and six meatballs with the spaghetti. With the garlic bread appetizer 12-14 pieces come with that order. When you come to Carmine's you need to come hungry. It is well worth it! My family loves to eat there!

We decided to eat here on the recommendation of a tour guide and sadly enough the service was so bad we left. I am usually not one to give bad reviews unless the experience was extremely bad, and this one really disappointed me. We should have realized when we first walked in and the “hostess” barely looked at us and just rattled through their family style meals as well as looking disgusted to be there. We thought maybe she was just having a bad day. We were seated and then proceeded to sit there waiting for 10-15 minutes for someone to even show up to take our drink order. Once the drink order was taken we sat there another 10 minutes or so awkwardly looking around at other diners (the place wasn’t that busy) who also looked perplexed as to why no one had shown up to wait on them. We finally got so tired of waiting for our drinks that we decided to take our business elsewhere. Very disappointing!!!!
