Surprising little joint next to some offices in a construction area by the Wharf. Parking is difficult, you can pay $16 for a spot and the street is always full. Great food, great quick service by happy but barely-English speaking staff. Steamed veggie dumplings stuffed with chopped mushrooms were terrific; the spicy drunken noodles was too, and the tofu was super fresh; scallion pancake was just fine, and the happy hour coconut vodka and coffee cocktails started the evening off just right. Service is FAST. Convenient for Arena Stage, which is just across the street and up a block.
