There seems to be some strife between owners and staff which made the evenings meal a bit awkward. The food was good but I don't like to sit in what appears to be a tense moment in management. Not sure if I will return.

Really good BBQ from a place that prides itself on its unique, secret cooking method. I believe them. I've never had a bad meal here. Good value for good portions.

It's a little tucked away and hard to spot from the road, but it's worth the extra effort. I only get to the central coast once a year and a tri-tip sandwich is a must! This was the right place to go for that. Soft bread, tender meat sliced not too thin and not too thick, and the kicker EXCELLENT SALSA!!! What more could you want? The menu doesn't say it, but you can order the sandwich solo. It's plenty of food without the extra side and extra cost. Check out the cute coffee can sculptures for sale by a local artist while you're there.

Great BBQ and service. Friendly down home welcome as you enter and attentive service throughout meal. Thin sliced tri tip cooked on red oak firewood and piled high with delicious flavor and tenderness. Priced right and many good side dishes to enhance the meal. Family owned and operated.
Great beer choices on tap and in the bottle. If you are hungry this is a good place to begin. They also have many entertainment venues and specials throughout the month.

I found this new place through a coupon book in my local area and tried them out for dinner. The portions were very ample, service was fast, but the taste and texture of everything we tried was simply fantastic. I look forward to coming back to this place again. I would give them 5 stars if their beer wasn't so overpriced!
