We stayed here in the winter (January), and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Be a little careful, as each room is uniquely different, and has a different view and perspective (and price). We stayed in 301, so had a nice view and a large wrap around deck/patio.
The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. They helped me with Spa reservations, provided tickets to the Casino museum, included the Ferry boat tickets, and helped with ground transportation.
A light continental breakfast was included (boiled eggs, pastries, bagels, cereal, muffins, juice, coffees). We found it to be good enough that we never went out for breakfast, but there are several nice breakfast restaurants if you prefer. Wi-Fi is included and seemed to be working at all times. They have snacks and drinks available, also included.
Go to the rooftop with a cocktail or wine, and enjoy the views. We went up and it was very nice. They have some seats up top, and even a grill. Since it was winter, we were the only ones up there, but perhaps they do more up there in the summer. Seemed like it would be a cool gathering place during the more busy spring and summer months.
Convenient location, can walk to everything and all restaurants, shops, pier, etc.
Overall, I would say the stay was clearly excellent. I would say the rooms were a bit pricey, but that could be for any room, as they clearly only have a fixed amount of accommodations on the island.
