Our second visit to the Island Players Theatre and it will not be our last!
Beautifully maintained little theatre with lots of history - the building was originally a family home located in Palmetto and was relocated to its current site - a real feat of civil engineering!

Very comfy seating with (I am pretty sure) no seats that have obstructions.
Staff and volunteers clearly love what they do and that comes across from the box office to the stage manager to the actors!

Can't wait for a return visit if we are in the area when there is a production running!

We went here within the last two weeks to see a show. We have lived here for many years and I regret to say that this is the first time I have visited this! The show we visited was delightful. It is a small theater with about 80-100 seats. Anna Maria is a sleepy town and it is a wonderful way to have some entertainment when the sun goes down. You could combine this with the Sign of the Mermaid which is a few blocks down for a lovely evening.

Small Town atmosphere with a big town experience. Very well done. Will be there for my 3rd play this weekend.

Everything about "Almost Maine" was great. One of the best we have been privileged to attend. Well done and extremely affordable. Love this intimate quaint theatre.

Although amdram the shows here are always very professional and great value. Went to see Radio Ridiculous and was not disappointed - hilarious from beginning to end. Theatre only seats 145 and is in an old single storey wooden bungalow complete with stone fireplace - quite charming. Recommended.
