Not a good swimming beach because the riptides from having both Gulf and Bay waters meeting at this point are stronger than other parts of AMI, but come for sunset. It is not crowded (because there's basically little or no parking on this end of the island). We were staying about 4 blocks away and walked up every night, but the few parking spaces along side the road near Gladiolus Street fill up quickly, some come a little early and make sure your tires are off the roadway when you park (signs say that comes with a fine). Low key, no facilities, few people, amazing AMI sunset.
