Nothing fancy about this hotel. It's old and outdated. Check in was very easy. Entering the room, it smelled clean and nothing was out of the ordinary. Beds were ok and clean. Bathroom could use some paint and more cleaning. It had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Overall, it wasn't horrible for a nights stay and it's not too far from all of the restaurants and shops.
Made this reservation thinking it was a different hotel. (The one I wanted was closed after damage by hurricane Michael.). The room was ok but the water is treated and undrinkable. Too salty. No breakfast was offered. Restaurant is a mile from downtown and restaurants. Wish I had stayed somewhere else.
I have to say I was a bit concerned to stay here since I was a female traveling for work. I don't like hotels with outside doors (easy access) so that was my first fear. BUT, I was happily surprised when checking in and realizing it was just a fishing/family type place that was neat, no bugs and great things to do around the area that are VERY close. (Highly recommend the Tap Room down the road, great family food. But, would stay at this INN again when passing through for sure.
There’s nothing not to like, the room was clean, the WiFi worked and the ac worked. Nothing fancy and no breakfast. You could get a coffee though. I only gave it 3 stars as it’s expensive for what you get but still cheaper than the others in town.
On our way from Daytona to Panama City Beach we decided to stop for the night. We found this amazing motel! We have been stuck with some bad ones the last couple days, but not this one! The minute we walked in the room, the smell was amazing. Clean rooms, great beds! Would highly recommend! Reasonably priced also!
