Really nice location. Clean, quiet area. Beautiful pool and deck area. Large, spacious room. Very helpful, friendly staff. Good area to walk pets, well stocked doggie bags. Breakfast was good. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day.

We stayed 5 nights. Couldn't have been happier! Price was reasonable and the room was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the staff was so super nice!! Just a short drive to the beach. Groceries stores and quaint shops in Apalachicola are just right down the road. Everything you need for your stay is minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Cleanliness 7 out of 10. Several linens were lightly stained. There appeared to be a few pieces of cat food along the edge of the carpet, and a bug. The carpets and couch could use a good shampooing.
The room’s smell wasn’t the best - smelled like a combination of musty and too much air freshener.
The room was very large but the design of the bathroom isn’t suitable for light sleepers. The sink area is open to the bedroom and the lights are bright. It’s easy to be awoken by a fellow traveler that’s gotten up to use the restroom during the night.
Bed was an 8/10 on comfort. Pillow 10/10. Sheets 9/10.

Fire alarm went off at 1:30 and 4am. No staff around. We left our room to the car park.
When mentioned to reception at check out - was told I wasn’t here, and that well we should have been here two weekends ago with a laugh.
Would not recommend anyone stays at this motel

We have had a running joke with our granddaughter about staying Appalachicola - this was a convenient place to stay on the trip to take her back home to Gainesville. Room was clean, although with a very strong air freshener scent. Convenient to St George Island beaches. Breakfast very good with lots of options.
