Fast and easy checking in and out. Professional and friendly customer service. Clean room, great service, comfortable bed, great breakfast! Shonda and Daniel were the breakfast crew who provided outstanding service. The food was very reasonably priced. I took the time to have a great breakfast before leaving for work. They were so welcoming and treated me well at this hotel. I felt safe in the area and I'll definitely stay here again if I return to Albany.

I ate at the hotel restaurant and was immediately greeted by the friendliet staff I have experienced in a long time. Their names were Ann and Karmechia. I ordered the salmon, grilled veggies, and mashed potatoes and they were phenomenal. Everything was cooked to perfection and the seasoning was spot on. Compliments to the chefs Darius and Jayden. Go check them out, you won't regret it!!

We stayed here for a visit to Albany State earlier in the summer and decided to stay again. Both of our trips were pleasant. Rooms (2) were clean each time and it was quiet. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious (thanks, Chef Lammie!!). Our server, Ann, was the best! We enjoyed the calm atmosphere.

My family and I stayed here for 2 days..the hotel staff was pleasant and friendly. However, Andrea and Ms. Floyd made our morning breakfast feel like we were at home. Their eagerness to serve and their gracious personalities while serving delicious food made it a certainty that we will return for this Southern hospitality.
