Love this place everyone was so nice to us. The pool and hot tub was very relaxing.
Nice resort to get away from everything but close enough to town for shopping, and night life. My husband went out fishing with "Tuff e Nuff" brought back fish we had it cooked for us, amazing.

This resort was exactly what I wanted and needed: Units large enough to accommodate a lot of people, privacy from neighboring guests, authentic Belizean Caye look and feel, great staff, service and food. It’s close enough to downtown (10 min golf cart ride) without being too close, and close to the store and other amenities. The shower drain smelled but I’m not even complaining, just giving a heads up if the little things bother you. Loved this place and the people..the staff can refer you to locals for private boat tours, diving/snorkeling excursions, and the nightlife happening spots in town. And you have to do breakfast at Tres Cocos right down the road. Amazing food and Juan can hook you up with private tours. When can I go back??

The hotels only value is the pool. The hotel front desk is very unhelpful and the room had ants as well as low water pressure with back and forth hot to cold temperatures. It never stayed balanced. The restaurant is worn out. We were lied to about golf cart and charged an extra day. Booked excursions at the hotel and basically paid for the same tour for two days. They said one was snorkeling on a catermeran and it was a hot worn out vessel but the guide was at least decent. The second was supposed to be fishing and a Bbq on a beach the caterman boat was much better but the fishing was a joke of 1 hour and no Bbq on a beach just a small bowl on the boat that left you very hungry. Third day we learned our lesson and booked with another service and it was wonderful. We lobster hunted and spear fished and they cooked on the beach for us. I have included pictures of the ants and shower. By the way ac never worked well either. Called and called and the maintenance said he fixed shower but it still didn’t work. Another rotten experience was trying to schedule with spa. Front desk said phones down and to go to spa. Spa sent us back to front desk to which I said forget it and went elsewhere to spend my spa time lol. Overall I’d never recommend this hotel.

had Our wedding here in July. We arrived and I know that mosquitos are an issue but we had to run from the front of the resort to our rooms every time. The mosquitos weren’t too bad out by the beach where it was windy. We had two suites and one of the suites was without a working air conditioning unit. We talked to the front desk twice the first night and had maintenance come and check. They told us we had it set too high which it had been set at 72 the whole time and would not go below 81. Next morning we talked again and thought maybe it was going to work but still called and said it wasn’t working. It wasn’t until 10p that night after multiple calls they said ok well we can move you but we were out and our wedding was the next afternoon. It was very frustrating because it was our wedding week and the resort wasn’t even full and the front desk was not helping accommodate us. They blamed us repeatedly for messing with the air conditioning unit which we weren’t touching. The redeeming factor of the week was Esmy and the wedding setup. She was amazing and the setup on the beach was beautiful but overall the front desk told us we would be refunded a night which we still have not gotten and then the mosquitos were so bad everyone in the group walked away with 15+ bites despite spraying bugspray every time we came outside. They weren’t using any items to try and reduce the amount of mosquitos in the area while other restaurant near our resort used anti mosquito candles and coils that seemed to work well. The tsort was very pretty but we just couldn’t enjoy it much because of the mosquitos and our room at 81 degrees. My husband and I stayed in mostly guesthouse and hostels the rest of our trip and the people in these small cheap places were way more accommodating than this resort.

Great resort right on the beach, rooms and grouds are kept clean. Very personable staff all around. Pedro at the front desk made a few recommendations for us to visit & eat, he also made reservations for us at Aji`s.
