My husband and I eat here almost every Friday night. We love the service we receive as well as the food. We tend to get stuck in a rut and order the same thing—I always order the salmon with double Brussels sprouts. It’s always delicious and consistent. Drinks are always top notch, and although I don’t eat dessert a lot, their creme brûlée is delicious. Do yourself a favor and have a meal there.

We went here for dinner and wow was it good. I had the grouper with fettuccini and my daughter had the steak. Everything was prepared perfectly and seasoned well. They have an excellent wine menu to chose from as well. Beautiful atmosphere with linen table cloths and excellent service. We will definitely be back.

Although we did not stay at the Windsor during our most recent visit to AMericus we could not pass up the opportunity to enjoy another wonderful dinner at Rosemary & Thyme.

We ate at Rosemary & Thyme in the Windsor Hotel during a short trip. It is inside the hotel, with not a lot of signage. Don’t give up. Ask for directions. It’s worth it. The lovely Victorian atmosphere is quite elegant and there is a lot to look at. Service was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Food was delicious and well-prepared. The dish that we ordered, the ribeye steak, was not creative or different, but it was very good and exactly as we ordered it. Prices were reasonable and our visit was a good experience. We will go again if given a chance.

We went for a romantic date night and it was perfect. The food was amazing and the waiter was exceptional. Everything that we ordered from the appetizers to dessert was delicious. We had the pimento cheese fritters and they were great!! The fried green tomatoes were also very good. Lightly fried and not greasy. Dinner was chimichurri steak and stuffed pork chops. Both were excellent. The dinner portion sizes were just right and the prices were extremely reasonable. The menu is not extensive but there is enough of a selection, although you may want to preview before you go if you are used to a lot of options.

We went back for breakfast the next morning. Again the food was great. The wait staff was not as attentive but still very good. I would highly recommend dinner here. Definitely worth it.
