With the family stayed at Hotel Las Americas for two nights, the room small but comfortable, Free Wi-Fi and near to the La Aurora airport, retaurants, mall at downtown and Aurora Zoo... the staff was very friendly and respectful.
they offered transport from/to airport and they are pet-friendly.

Hotel unable to use the reserve on the card for payment of final bill. Had to make a separate payment for total bill beyond the full reserve amount. I used the same card, so no issue with my bank. Need to wait many working days for reimbursement of reserve. Travelling extensively and this type of issue does not help. Accounting department needs to address these types of issues. Disappointed in the hotel.
Very convenient hotel with an amazing view to the Volcán del Agua! Close to the international airport La Aurora and to downtown shopping malls and restaurants. Rooms were accommodating and relaxing. Excellent food in the buffet as well as the personnel service. Met nice people and well trained.

Arriving late from France , the welcome is very good the hotel confortable and food excellent ,breakfast perfect lot of choice . There is a swimming pool but due to a late arrival of Iberia plane impossible to have a go.
Showing a little wear around the edges but bed was super comfortable and staff was friendly and professional. Shuttle to the airport every 30 min. We stayed here twice to avoid last minute drama at airport. Gave an extra star for amazing buffet in restaurant. Food was really good for a buffet. Could easily OD on the fresh salads and fruits.
