Went to visit first time, impressed with the varied IPA selections plus I had the fish platter with Belgian fries. Those fries were excellent, you had a choice of 3 sauces. The bartenders were were friendly and the bar area had a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Burgers and fries. Soups. Salads. Beer and wine. Some are served with a twist but there's nothing here you can't find anywhere else. Ok prices. Good staff.

First time to Trappeze. We had heard it was a nice place with good food.....so off we went. We had the fish and chips, hamburger, and side salads. The fish is fried cod with a light breading. Not too heavy and very tender and flaky. Hand cut fries with different choices for dipping. We tried the raspberry ketchup and the garlic mayonnaise. Both dips were very flavorful and a nice change from plain ol' ketchup. Fries were crispy and minimal salt (if any). The burger was perfect, full of flavor and nice and juicy. Cooked medium with just a little red, on a delicious buttery roll, cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickle. Your choice! The dining area is open with not much decor, but the building itself is nice to experience. All in all, great experience. Hats off to the grill staff for perfect food!

Trapeeze is atrocious. Worst meal and worst service we have experienced in over 10 years. Zero positives from our experience. 1. Told the wait was 30min. 90 min later got our table. 2. Waited in the beer bar for our table. 30 people and 2 bartenders, one of which did nothing but wash glasses. Got 1 beer after 20 min wait at the bar. 3. Finally seated at 9:30pm. Waited another 60 min for 2 burgers and 2 chicken sandwiches. Chicken was so tough, we had to request steak knives to cut it. Burgers were mediocre at best. Small and overdone. 4. Server was snide, sarcastic and borderline passive aggressive. We rarely, if ever, write negative reviews. However, in this case, if a zero star was available, Trapeeze would get it. Avoid at all costs!
