We spent a wonderful sunny afternoon walking about the gardens. Many flowers in bloom. Nice educational experience as well. Excellent plant diversity. Plenty of benches to sit and enjoy. We did not do any of the hiking trails.

One of the most beautiful spots in Athens. A great opportunity to get fresh air and exercise. There are a ton of paved trails through out the gardens plus miles of natural trails through the woods. If you or your kids are in to Pokemon Go, there are a crazy amount of pokestops. My favorite is the conservatory...it is a big building filled with tropical plants...feels like paradise. And it's free...what's not to love.

I went there with my five year old grandson. He enjoyed the flowers and the indoor tropical garden -- saw a lizard there. Went on one of the trails for a hike -- down to the river and through a meadow of gorgeous yellow wildflowers. To him, it felt like we were way out in the wilderness. And it's free.

What a beautiful wedding inside the Atrium, amid the plants, tress and flowers. Simply breath taking.

Beautiful gardens with so much to see and learn! It is free which is incredible. We spend two hours here and could easily have stayed longer.
