This is a good choice for a hike if you don’t want to invest hours or work too hard. The trail is easy to follow and generally in good shape. Like so many trails in Kauai during the winter months you can expect some slippery mud so be prepared. There is only one section that was treacherous and even then the only real risk was getting mud all over yourself. The falls, while not very high are very pretty and you can easily hike right up to them which is not always possible at other falls. Worth doing.
