Michele and Jay are wonderful hosts. Friendly, flexible, efficient, and competent in taking care of people.

The food was plenty and culinary in style, and the grounds were very comfortable for us.
The theatre was the best!!

We plan to return hopefully within the year since we felt entirely at home on the Ponderosa.

Room tip: All the rooms are very well appointed, you just need to know which side of the house you want to be on, front or at the back.

All the previous reviews you read here are right on the mark. Hosts kind and attentive. Food great. Attention to detail. Great movie theater. Interesting hosts with fascinating backgrounds and fun people with whom to have a conversation. It is hard to come up with any cons at all, but here are two very minor ones, and certainly not anything to keep anyone from staying at this B&B. I think the hosts would also tell you these facts. The bathrooms are very small (however the amenities are as good as it gets). There is a train track not too far away, and with windows open it could be annoying. The hosts provide a noise machine in the room to counter this issue, and I solved the issue by using my earplugs. And one more plus - just down the road is Silverwood Theme Park, the number one attraction in Idaho. A fantastic and fun place to spend a day or two.Highly recommend you staying at the Ponderosa B&B.

Room tip: All the rooms are great.

This is a very unique property with a wonderful theme. The hosts were most kind and attentive. The food was terrific and portions very ample. The whole experience was first class. We will definitely return and in the meantime, tell our friends.

Room tip: We toured all of the rooms and they are all wonderful. You cannot go wrong selecting any of them.

The house and the property are fantastic. Spacious, rustic and with all of the modern amenities you could want. Michelle is wonderful and the breakfast is spectacular. It's as good a B&B experience as I've ever had. Too bad I couldn't stay longer.

Wow!!!! What an unbelievable experience!!! The attention to detail is everywhere. The rooms are magnificent, towels and linens are all the very best. The movie theater is to die for, it has eight electric reclining chairs a lobby with snacks and hot dogs and popcorn and a screen that must be 150 inches. Breakfast was delicious, with farm fresh eggs from chickens that are on the property. The owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. My wife and daughter and I can't wait to go back. Did I mention its like 5 minutes away from Silverwood!
